For those comfortable with spreadsheets, you can follow the instructions here to create a calendar for your locale. This will also work for non-Delphic lunar calendars (byo festivals and month names).

If this is your first time building a calendar, try a single year for a more managable set of data.

Google spreadsheet

Data ****processing steps taken to import into a google calendar (google spreadsheet). These are the steps where festivals are added, and data is expanded from month start/end dates to full calander dates.

You can use this to tweak details, to re-export, or as a guideline for your own calendar creation.
